CAIR Account Update is temporarily unavailable

Due to technical issues, the CAIR Provider Enrollment, Account Update and Training Registration systems will be temporarily unavailable starting today, Friday, October 23rd, at 5:00pm. We anticipate it may be unavailable for an extended period.

We will continue to update this message as we work to resolve the issues.

Account Update requests: If you have submitted an Account Update request, please call the CAIR Help Desk at 800-578-7889 to find out about the status of your request. Unfortunately, during this time, you will not be able to submit a new Account Update request (e.g., you will not be able to request to reactivate/deactivate users, add new users, transfer users, and/or update contact information).

If you have questions about the Account Update information above or need assistance with accessing your account (e.g., Password reset), please contact the CAIR Help Desk at 800-578-7889.
